COMPLEMENTARY WORK OF INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT AT UZUNKOPRU HALKALI - CERKEZKOY STATIONS BETWEEN KP: 38+000-56+000 AND KP: 74+000-96+000

The railway line of 336 km on Istanbul-Edirne and Kirklareli-Alpullu section, which remained within the national borders from the Orient Railways of 2,000 km which was constructed in 1896 with a construction concession awarded to Baron Hirsch, was completed and inaugurated in 1888 and thus Istanbul was connected to European railways.
On the conventional railway line in Kp: 38 + 000-56 + 000 and Kp: 74 + 000-96 + 000 section, started to be renovated in 2012 and connecting Turkey to Europe; Tur İnsaat has successfully completed the Works of Construction, Earthworks (excavation, filling), Subbase, Base (Sub-balast) Construction, Engineering Structure Works (Retaining Walls), Hydraulic Culvert Works, Drainage Channels, Bored Piling Works, Geosynthetic Reinforced Retaining Wall Construction Works and Vehicle Underpass Construction Works.
