The construction of TUYAP BEYLIKDUZU Exhibition Centre, which is the biggest exhibition and congress centre of Turkey and even the Middle East, was started in 1996.

The exhibition centre located on the area of 106 thousand square meters in Beylikduzu, Istanbul costed 11 million dollars.

The centre, which was built on a total area of 106 thousand square meters, was planned as multi-purpose facility with an advanced construction technology. With the opportunity to establish a fair stand on the 12-acre site, the centre contains Turkey's largest congress hall for 9 thousand people, an outdoor concert area for 20 thousand people and restaurants for 9 thousand people.

Started to be constructed in 1997, TUYAP rotating tower features the highest TV tower of Istanbul. The height of the tower from bottom to the top is 165 meters. The area where the tower is constructed is the highest hill of the region. The construction of the tower, which is the 15th highest tower of the world, was completed in 2010.

Tur Insaat successfully completed the infrastructure, superstructure, building and tower construction works within the scope of this project.
